My work over 30 years as a Bodywork practitioner has evolved through continued experience and education. I have carefully chosen Personalized Treatments such as the sensitive approach to healing found in CranioSacral Therapy, the effective re-balancing with the Neuromuscular and coordination of Pilates, and the total mind, body healing with Qigong and spirit energy in Aroma Therapy. I am also utilizing hot rocks for more focused and relaxing sessions as well as tailoring the sessions to the body's unique meridians and acupoints. This list goes on as I continue learning from each person that I meet.
